An idyllic, traditional Breton farmhouse, beautifully renovated with an established, enclosed garden. Just a 15 minute drive to the coast, this charming property with its own stream, is ideal for families or couples, looking to experience a true taste of Brittany. Linguer is set in a small hamlet, just a short drive from the village of Lanhouarneau and provides a tranquil setting for any holiday or break. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, the stone farmhouse boasts many traditional features and has just been renovated to provide a comfortable stay with modern facilities. This gem of a retreat with its private garden, is ideal for families who want to relax and make the most of being outdoors. PLEASE NOTE there is a shallow stream that runs through the garden and an open 'lavoir' on the far side of the stream. This is where the women in the hamlet used to bring their laundry to wash and in reality is a small, open pond, approx 200cm x 30cm deep. YOUNG CHILDREN must be supervised and the owners are not responsible or liable for their safety. Guests can enjoy the whole of the house and garden for the duration of their stay. The outside boiler room will be locked as it is also a store for the hosts. In summer we will cut the grass once a week. Guests do not need to be present.
