Comfortable home in quiet neighborhood close to UConn, Eastern CT University, and more. Enjoy walking around the community, relaxing in the small fenced in yard, or looking out into the woods on the deck. Hang out in the living room enjoying a movie or use the fully equipped kitchen to cook a delicious meal. The house is located in a quiet, family community. House parties and loud music are not allowed and guests violating this will be asked to leave immediately. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for heating up takeout or cooking in and kitchen table with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig machine, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots, pans and everything that you need to prepare a meal if you desire. The living room has a comfortable sofa with wall mounted TV for watching your favorite shows. The TV is connected to cable and our wifi which works throughout the house. Should you need to work while enjoying your vacation, there is a fold down desk in the dining area. We are happy to consider booking requests for guests with a small dog as we know how difficult it is to leave them at home. We request that all guests respect the quiet tranquility of the neighborhood and we prohibit loud music and both indoor and outdoor parties. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or anywhere on the property under any circumstances. All guests are required to accurately disclose at the time of your reservation how many guests will be staying on the property. We will request payment (or ask for you to leave the property) for undisclosed guests if the number provided at the time of reservation is not accurate. Should it change between when your reservation is made and when you are staying, please let us know in advance. You will have access to the entire main floor of the house We will be available via text, phone and email during your stay The neighborhood is great for walking and there is a park within the community with basketball courts and a playscape A car is required to reach most destinations SMOKING IN THE HOUSE OR PROPERTY IS NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
