Small and plain house beside a vineyard to rent

In the middle of a very pretty landscape with a beautifull view at the valley of Vermes, outside of the village, hidden by a tiny wood, at the border of a vineyard. the wooden hut contains a sleeping room, a living room, a kitchen an a toilet, no warm water and no shower. Four Piwi wines (Bio-Suisse wines) of the yard are offered at the tenants of the house at a good price. It is a extremely quiet place, right for a complete time-out and relaxing Access to the house: You follow the path "Champs de la Côte 34 E" from Vermes. It's the last house on this path. Please note, that you have to keep a slow speed of not more than 20 km/H. The house is situated in the southern part of the valley above the back part of the village called Vermes. I am present at any time you wish. I live about 2 km away from the wineyard and often work during daytime at the yard. I use the small hut and garage beside the house for my tools and machines. If you need a shower you may take one at the house where I live. There is no internet access in the location and you have only swisscom reception on your handy The neighborhood is ok and calm. In the village are two restaurants: Canon d'or and Auberge Gabiare. A small shop for food stuffs / Swiss Post Basel / Bienne-Delemont-Vermes. 15 min. with feed. Suitable for children (2 – 12 years old) or (beyond 2 years) Hosts can exclude children from booking, if certain conditions of the accomodation show a danger or risk for children. More information. More information Pets: Dogs a maximum of two animals allowed, all others, e.g. Guinea pigs, rabbits etc. are not allowed to roam freely in the apartment. Access to the hut next door must not be blocked by pets. The pet owner undertakes to leave the house clean and free from animals. Smoking and meetings allowed Additional rules Guests have to keep the house clean and have to return the accomodation clean-swept at the end. They have to wash and dry the dishes and put them back to the cupboard. The stove, oven and the microwave have te be left cleaned. They have to place the used bed laundry beside the entrance. When the wind is blowing or when leaving the house guests have to close the sunshade. The same is valid for windows and shutters. Guests have to handel carefully also the pargola, the grill, the outdoor shower and furniture as well as the sunshades, During the cold season the guests have to heat with the woodstove. There is enough wood but guests have to split it by themdelves. Before leaving guests have to refill the wood stock, as it was when they arrived. The woodstove might represent a danger for unsupervised kids during the heating season. Mind the fire risk! Electric heater pohibited! The stairs to the dormitory are a bit steep and might be difficult for children, dogs and elderly persons with overweight.
