Nearby is the beautiful Carsington Water and visitors centre where you can sail, windsurf, kayak, hire cycles , follow nature trails and fishing. Alton Towers Resort is just a twenty minutes drive away, so is the stunning jewel in the Peak District Park the tranquil town of Bakewell. This is a whole house that sleeps 11 people, beds for 9 people( 4 bedrooms) plus two on sofa bed in lounge ). Ideal for families and friends wanting to meet up half way in the Midlands.
