We have just finished a renovation to this unit! Installed new cabinets, appliances and open shelving to the kitchen. As well as fresh paint to all the walls, new pillows on all the beds and a new king mattress in the master bedroom! With new furniture and dishware, silverware and pots and pans, you can rest assured this unit is as germ free as we can get! The unit is a completely private, street-level apartment located on the lower level of a single family home. Enjoy gorgeous views of the pond from the living room and direct beach access during the summer months. A cozy spot to call home for a short term. This 3 bedroom apartment is great for a weekend, week or full summer getaway! You'll have access to the private beach located on Minot Beach. Beach access is shared with the upstairs unit as well as the owners of the home. Parking for 2 cars is included with 2 additional spots available to rent for an additional $50/car (maximum 4 cars allowed). Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Please contact us to tell us about your dog (breed, size, age, etc) and we will let you know if they are allowed. FEE: $200/pet/week (if you are staying more than one week, you will be required to pay $200/pet per week (one dog for two weeks = $400). Please NO puppies. This apt is located on the lower level of a two family home. The upstairs unit is also available to rent and will likely be rented for the duration of your stay. We ask all of our renters to be respectful of other renters and the surrounding neighbors. Bookings: Summer rentals (July and August) are 7 night minimums from Saturday to Saturday only.
