A brand new beautiful suburban studio within Purley Area. This spacious studio comes equipped with queen size bed, kitchenette, private bathroom, work space, and high speed wifi. Easy access to public transport to city centre, ample restaurants as well as free parking on site. Continental breakfast is provided upon request and if host has time. Welcome to your home away from home. This studio is self contained, includes its own kitchen, television, cutlery and private bathroom and entrance. The studio is newly built and renovated, with premium linens, soft mattress and modern furnishings. Fit for business travellers and tourists alike. Guests are welcome to come and go via private entrance to their studio. Parking on the curb roadside is permitted. All amenities in the room are free to use including TV, shower, wifi and kitchen. It is important to note that guests should clean up after themselves particularly after cooking to prevent insects. Guests primarily communicated via text to arrange logistics for checkin and key exchange is done in person wherever possible. The place is entirely yours but I’ll be happy to advise places to go and how to use public transport should you need any advice. Welcome to my studio in Purley :-) Purley Studio is located inside greater London area. Although a suburban district, public transport is 24/7 and very convenient. Via car the studio is just 15 minutes from Chadwick Airport or 1 hour from Heathrow Airport. In front of the home (7am-7pm), there is a local bus that stops outside the drive way, simply wave and the bus will stop, very convenient to drop you off at Purley station. In addition, there is a bus stop down the road 5 minutes away that comes frequently and is 24/7. Super markets, restaurants are all within 5 minutes by car/bus or 15 minutes by foot. *Buckingham Palaces, Parotz, London bridge, max with all delays, 20-40 minutes via Train. This is your own entire place when rented, however, please respect the property as if your own. Damages will be charged to your Airbnb payment method.
