Very friendly hosts who occasionally might rock up on your door step to enjoy a glass of wine together. Pets on the property are confined in separate area. Security intercom access. and security alarm. A safe is also installed in the property. Back garden I am located in the front unit and available for any extra requests our guests may have. Very pleasant neighbourhood, located 800 mt from train station, 3.5km to the beach, and walking distance to local shops and some of the best cafes in Melbourne . Surrounded by 3 large parks for children’s entertainment, or 3km drive to the closest indoor play centre for those rainy days. Train ride to city is ten stops. Three bus lines close by if you wish to take a ride to other suburbs, shopping centres or the city. Two trained dogs on the property enclosed in a separate fenced area.
