MODERN STONE HOUSE with PEACEFUL PATIO IN BUNYOLA

Our charming stone village house has recently refurbished, equipped with all the amenities and tastefully decorated. The house is located in the centre of beautiful Bunyola and only 1 minute walk to the main square of the village. The house is ideal for families or group of friends who are looking for a quiet place to enjoy the charming village of Bunyola. The location is great for hiking, cycling and beach holidays. The house has 3 bedrooms (each with twin beds) and it can comfortably accommodate 6 adults. It has 2 bathrooms and a separate WC downstairs. The house has a private patio behind where you have a space to cook and enjoy. There are 3 floors and one bedroom on each one. We only have one air conditioning in the main bedroom upstairs but the house is all made of stone and thanks to this, it never gets too warm inside the house. There is a public parking space nearby the house. The house has all the basic amenities you may need (such as hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). All the bed linens and the towels are included, so all you need to bring is a beach towel ☺ Our guests have the entire property for themselves. We will be gladly reachable anytime for any local advice or anything you may need during your stay. Bunyola is a charming and traditional Majorcan village especially famous for cycling and hiking as the town is located on the south edge of the Sierra de Tramuntana Mountain (Unesco World Heritage) range and on the route of the Palma to Soller train. There is a stop to take the train and go to Palma or Soller. The house is located in a very peaceful area but at the same time only two steps away from all the shops and restaurants. The supermarket and the main square are easily reachable by a 2 minutes walk. The house is about 30 minutes drive from the airport. It is always recommended to rent a car in Mallorca as the public transportation options are not the best and it is also very much needed in case you would like to discover the other parts of the island.
