Sunshine House (Spacious room/private bathroom)

We have a beautiful backyard with a sun room and a pool for you to enjoy and relax. We have a spacious kitchen with all the amenities that you need and a washer & dryer for your convenience. The living room has a fireplace. We have 2 suites and a spacious room with an adjacent private bathroom. Both suites have a smart TV, a smart desk and a private bath. The house itself is located in a quiet cul-de-sac area. The guests have full access to the kitchen, laundry room, sunroom and the pool. We are a retired couple who enjoy meeting people from different parts of the world. We have been married for over 42 years and have 6 grown children and 2 grandsons. We have lived in Davis for over 27 years and we are happy to provide advice or tips about the area. Please know that we no longer offer breakfast. However, our guests are welcome to have fruits and drinks that are available. For those who want to book the entire place, we are unable to accommodate this request since we do live on the property. This house is a great place to relax and enjoy your stay in Davis, CA. Davis has great places to eat, walk or ride a bike along the many paths and bike trails. It is a peaceful community with students and people from all over the world. We are close to a beautiful natural area that has been preserved for everyone to enjoy. Welcome to our gentle relaxing home! Davis is very bike friendly, walkable, and easy to get around by car or bus. We are a few miles from downtown Davis and UC Davis. We are 21 miles (25 minute drive) from the Sacramento International Airport (SMF) and the City of Sacramento. We are 47 miles from Napa Valley, 74 miles from San Francisco/Berkeley, 115 miles from Lake Tahoe, 140 miles from Reno, 154 miles from Yosemite Park. This private room can accommodate up to 3 individuals however it’s more suitable for a couple and a child or 3 small children.
