**Please do not book for quarantine. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate. Apologies for any inconvenience. HD projector, comfy lounge room with Netflix and YouTube. Kitchen is big with normal appliances, decent sized oven, walk in pantry. Bedroom decent sized with Queen sized bed. Shared bathroom with bath + nice shower. Patio, outdoor seating and table with small bbq. Garage, 2 car spaces and one out front. Close to shops, parks, coffee, food. 1 of 3 rooms in the house available for booking. Guests can use all spaces in the house apart from my bedroom :) Guests can access the lounge room, kitchen, laundry, down stairs toilet, dining area, outdoor area, garage, office and upstairs bathroom. Always happy to chat and will always be by my phone if you have any questions/queries. Very peaceful neighbourhood with lots of young families. Favourite coffee shop is Lot Six Zero. Parks are awesome for walks etc. Note: I rent 3 rooms in the house which are almost always booked. Please note this is a shared space.
