Including Central Air, hardwood floors parking for 1 car w/elec. door opener & a fenced yard & a cozy front porch. We are just minutes from downtown, the lake, beach, UWM, MSOE & close to the bike path. In keeping with the charm the hardwood floors have been refinished & can be found throughout. You have the entire 1st floor of this 2-family home. Nothing is shared with the tenant with the exception of the backyard, garage & basement. Oversized windows with an eastern exposure make it light and bright. 2 bedrooms with queen beds/dressers/mirror and a front room offers a custom-built daybed (twin), so an additional guest can stay. A total of 5 guests can sleep. 1 full bathroom. As a frequent Airbnb guest, I understand what makes for an ideal stay. The Pierce is stocked with the essentials you expect, such as cookware, dishes, silverware, Keurig coffee maker/coffee, glasses, towels, linens and blankets. We've also added the extras you want, such as stemware, hotel quality sheets , books, artwork, an iron/ironing board, laundry detergent with a washer/dryer in the basement. Custom-built kitchen table too. The yard is fenced so it is great for your pups or kids. You are welcome to use the back yard, it is fenced so great for kids or the pups. Parking for 1 car is in the garage, which you can access through the alley. Please park on the right. Ample street parking which is free, and directions as to which side you should park on and directions to call it in at night so you don't get a parking ticket for overnight. I live 4 blocks away and have my phone with me all the time. There is a long term tenant upstairs too with a friendly dog, that is leashed when going outside. Riverwest is an artistic community. Lots of people walking dogs (we have our own dog park) Coffee, pizza, bars, breweries, and restaurants are all close by. The Farmers market is 5 blocks south on Sundays in the summer & into early Fall. Lots to do and see in Milwaukee. Just minutes from Downtown. only 2.5 miles to the Fiserv Forum where the DNC will be held. There is one garage space you enter through the alley, address is on the garage. There is a key pad to use to enter. Park on the right, there is signage. Milwaukee County Transit has a bus stop 4 blocks to the east. Or you can call an Uber. There are about 10 steps to get to the front door from the street. If you park in the garage and use the side door, there are about 5 steps to get into the apartment.
