15 minutes to MERLEFEST! Let Eagle Cabin be your nest for peace and relaxation. Gaze out of your own private cabin overlooking a mini vineyard and Brushy mountains. Cabin is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, Keurig with coffee, and air conditioning. All linens are included. This is a lovely all-wood interior one room cabin. Very cozy and comfortable. Bathhouse is a short walk away for restrooms and showers. Cabins are 16' x 20' with all organic wood interior. Eagle Cabin is completely insulated. This cabin has air-conditioning. :) Linens and towels provided. Guests must be able to walk up and down a slight incline to access cabins and Bathhouse. We have an electric golf cart to transport your luggage up the hill during daylight hours. We're on a mountain spring water system. Water has no chemicals and it is safe and healthy to drink. You will notice a Mason jar in your fridge filled with the mountain water for your Keurig machine. There are benches and picnic tables to enjoy quiet time or dining. There are two traditional charcoal camp grills in the main picnic area. There is a swinging bench and two tree swings! We want to maintain a quiet and tranquil environment for you and all our guests :) Complimentary parking in our gravel parking lot. Our land is in a rural type area located on a private road (no winding roads). We are surrounded by trees on all sides and our property lays within the boundaries of the tree lines. - 5 min drive to The Gathering Church - 15 min drive to Prayer Mountain - 10 min drive to Food Lion (nearest grocery store) - 10 min drive to Kerr Scott Dam (lake, park, trails) - 10 min drive to Wilkesboro (nearest town) Owners live on premises in main house. We give our guests space but we're happy to help when needed. Our home and 6 acres are in a country area. You do not need to drive up any windy roads. We are 5 minutes to The Gathering and 10 minutes to Wilkesboro. Host family lives on property. You will pass our home near the circle drive. Our dog lives with us, but he is kept in our home or on a leash when he is outside. We look forward to hosting you all! :)
