Self Contained Unit in Mill Park.

A fully self contained unit at the back of my property with access to the shared pool and alfresco area. The unit overlooks the pool. Please note the unit is very close to the main house. I live in the main house with my rescue cats (any number of them at any given time - currently 4) I use the pool a lot and love it but don’t mind sharing :) Your basic leafy suburbia. 5 minute drive to Westfield Plenty Valley. Bus stop not far from the front of the house. A park near for walking etc Parking available on the property for one car (not under cover) The internet is a bit sketchy there but for a long term tenant I am happy to look at installing boosters. (Bookings over a month)
