Relax at this stunning detached bungalow with plenty of outside space to enjoy to break away. This rural location makes a trip to the countryside special with a cozy home to spend your time in. Local walks and attractions are all close to this location. Lynwood has ample off-road parking for 4 cars, once through the front door you will find the bungalow light, clean and airy. There are two bedrooms, one has a king size bed and the other has 2 large single beds that can be linked together to make a king size bed if you wish (both bedrooms have wardrobes and chest of drawers) There is 1 cloakroom WC. In the kitchen/diner you will find a welcome pack and everything you need for preparing food as well as tea, coffee and sugar. There is also a bathroom that has a shower, toilet and basin. Through to the lounge where you will find a comfy sofa/sofa bed. There are French doors that open into the large well established country garden. There are 3 seating areas outside- 1 patio area with table, umbrella and 4 chairs. A BBQ area with table and chairs to seat 6. And a lovely, secluded spot at the very end of the garden with table and chairs that seat 2. We also supply the BBQ, utensils, charcoal and games for the outdoors. Lynwood is in the heart of the Jurassic Coast, a superb location for relaxing on the outskirts of the small Dorset village of Wool. You can wander through the picturesque old village with its post card picture thatched cottages and Church. Wool Bridge and Wool Bridge Manor were listed in Tess of The D’Urbervilles by Thomas Hardy. You have beautiful walks on the doorstep over to the protected water meadows where you will see rare birds, herons, kingfishers, deer and sheep, it is an ideal stay for nature lovers. Rural, quiet location Lynwood is ideally located for visiting the best Dorset attractions, 5 minutes away are- Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum, Lulworth Cove, Lulworth Castle, Durdle Door, Moreton River, Tadnol Heath Nature Reserve, Lawrence of Arabia’s grave, Moreton Gardens and its beautiful tiny church. 10/20 minutes away are – The old forgotten village of Tyneham that was abandoned in 1943, Ringstead Beach, Wareham Town and Quay, Corfe Castle, Dorchester Town (the home of Thomas Hardy) with lots of museums, Kimmeridge Bay and its museum of Jurassic Marine Life. A little further afield you have the beaches of Studland (National Trust) The costal Town of Swanage with a beach and the famous Swanage Steam Railway. And Weymouth town with lots of shops and 3 miles of sand and pebble beach.
