Swyddfa, lovely little compact place 💜

Y swyddfa is on the main road. A 40. There’s a gorgeous restaurant walking distance “the Plough inn, Rhosmaen". Llandeilo is also walking distance up a gradual hill. There are some beautiful country walks around too with plenty of scenic views. There are many options for cooking in my kitchen. Small oven, hobs, sandwich maker, George Foreman grill, microwave, air fryer, bbq, outdoor seating. There is plenty of parking and a seven acre field attached. I have an electric charger for cars. The garden is large and is shared with the main house. I’m usually around or not far away. I’m willing for contact at any time by phone, text or any method. My house is nearby and I welcome a knock on the door Up the hill, less than a mile is the small market town of llandeilo. There are take aways and pubs. Two small supermarkets. Rivers and top class restaurants locally. Castles are here and ruins There’s a lovely restaurant in the village. The plough rhosmaen. Highly recommend it!! We all have vehicles of our own around here. Cars are a must. You can arrive by train. There are irregular buses around here I have two dogs that live here. We have a few chickens roaming around and two ducklings. I have removed pets because sometimes they don’t get along but it’s not because your pets aren’t welcome
