NOTE: There is a large rental house with pool overlooking the lake with washer and dryer that is a separate rental on the property. When it is unoccupied, you will have full use of the pool and washer and dryer. When there are guests in the big house, you would not. We have 9 acres of untouched woods with trails as well as open meadow for sports and sunshine. There is a lovely pool that is available if you are part of the group that has rented the larger home on the property. There is no public transportation; you will need your own car. The apartment is newly decorated. This nature of this land is Florida at its best. There is much wildlife to enjoy from your deck or as you walk the land. Outside our gate, there is an occasional car that passes by but the road is ideal for long or short walks. In the area, there is Paynes Prairie State Park and several other wonderful parks and pristine springs to take advantage.
