The Emblematic House Los Araña is located in the historic center of Santa Lucía de Tirajana, with all the services available just a few minutes walk away. It is a centennial family house that has been carefully renovated and decorated keeping the style of the typical Canarian houses of the last century, for all this the house has been awarded the tourist quality mark (Sicted), this quality mark is endorsed by the Gran Canaria Tourist Board. The Emblematic House Los Araña is a century-old building from the 18th century that has been restored to adapt it to current comforts, preserving the charm of typical Canarian houses. In the upper part of the house is the master bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, satellite television, wiffi and a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor we have a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower, a living room with satellite television, a music device and a very spacious and bright kitchen with a ceramic hob and microwave. Outside the house has a pleasant patio with terrace furniture and a terrace with sun loungers and a solar shower which is accessed from the top floor of the house, also with free wiffi connection. Santa Lucía is located in the interior of the Caldera de Tirajana, we have an enviable climate throughout the year even in the winter months. Strewn with olive and palm trees, its fields have a special charm that invites the hiker to get lost on his paths.
