Spacious suite,private patio,safe,horse property

Our private, lower level is just minutes from a beautiful park with easy, hiking trails and magnificent views. There are several other trails/parks nearby for challenging biking and hiking or picnicking. 10 minutes from Six Flags Theme Park where you will find some of the best, most thrilling roller coasters in the country. 25 minute drive to St. Louis for the tourist fun. Take an Uber or Lyft from our place. 30 minutes drive for a Cave tour or a float trip on a beautiful Missouri/Ozark stream. This area is like an apartment in its own. Separate access near the back patio. We are quiet and live upstairs( the door locks between us). A king size bed in the main bedroom. A second room has a queen size bed. A new futon is in the main bedroom and can sleep two small children or an older child or adult, comfortably. Also available is a queen air mattress for additional friends or family traveling with you. This space has a fully stocked kitchen (just ask if you need anything) a dining area and a living area with a comfy couch (that fully reclines as a sleeping option) and several movies to choose from, when you want to relax. Or, enjoy a peaceful evening out on the private patio, looking at the stars, sit by the fire pit, listen to the owls & critters in the forest or watch my animals romp about in the pasture. Park by yellow garage. Access lower level via wooden gate. Enter thru glass door, under the deck off the patio. Door will be unlocked, for your arrival. I'm available for questions and help with ideas of fun stuff to do in our area. If you stay more than 3 nights, I'll collect the used towels and trash. If you prefer I leave you to your privacy, just let me know when you check in. If you need anything for cooking or need restaurant or shopping recommwndations, let me know. You'll be close to everything here at our little "country home in town"...shopping, great restaurants, live music venues, outdoor adventures and more. See the city sights and come "home" to your peaceful, relaxing suite. Ample off-street parking is available. Coming by train? Amtrak station is 25 minutes away in Washington, MO or Kirkwood, MO. Want to access the "Metro" bus ? It has a stop only 5 minutes away. Uber and Lyft service our area, too. Need transportation to/from the airport? We can help, for a small fee. I provide some breakfast options in a basket on the counter (pancake mix, instant oatmeal, cereal), bottled water and you may be welcomed by some of my homemade, sweet treats. My dog has access to the fenced back yard. She barks when she first meets you, but is not a problem. She is NOT an Alpha dog and gets along with all of our guests dogs. She is a good watch dog in “announcing” visitors to the property . One of my cats may come by and visit you while you're hanging out, on the patio, too. For you dog show enthusiast...we are just 20 minutes from Purina Farms and have a fenced yard for your pup(s). There is an additional $25 cleaning fee, per dog/per reservation. I ask for that to be paid (in cash), upon check in. Or, just leave it on the counter.
