The 45m² apartment has a living area with a well-equipped kitchen incl. a dishwasher and a cozy dining area. Other facilities include a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment accommodates a total of 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a safe, a children's bed and highchair (both on request). The apartment has a balcony, where you can have breakfast and enjoy the beautiful mountain panorama. In the communal garden you will find deckchairs and sun loungers. A cafe and a pizzeria are located 400 meters from the accommodation (one-minute drive, 5-minute walk). The nearest grocery market is in Schenna. The gardens of Trauttmannsdorff Castle are especially worth a visit in sunny weather. Both places can be reached in 13 minutes by car (10 km). A nice hike is offered to the Haflinger Waterfall (2.4 km, 37 minutes on foot). To the vibrant center of Merano with its art nouveau villas and parks you need about 15 minutes by car (12 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. A garage is available for your car. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guided hikes are offered, as well as a map of the area.
