Central Brighton, minutes from everywhere !
Very bright large bedroom on the ground floor of my Edwardian home. Big, bay window along 1 side looking out onto tree lined street. A very comfy king sized bed, leading to a deluxe bathroom en suite. My apartment is situated at the bohemian district called '7 Dials', the equivalent of London's 'Nottinghill" 5-10 minute walk to the seafront, with its new i360, conference centre and vibrant town centre. What makes this space unique is that the room is double the size of most to let. It has high ceilings, and the big bay window is double glazed with venetian blinds as well as curtains. The room has tea/coffee making facilities, mini fridge and microwave . The room is 'Edwardian' and has plenty of storage space. The king sized bed is so comfy ! The en suite bathroom is super deluxe , with heated, tiled floors. This bathroom maybe shared depending on dates, so check first if you like. I plan to be around when you are here, but will be in my side of my palatial apartment. I have a mobile number that you can text me on for any help. The 7 Dials neighbourhood is the equivalent to the vibrant 'Nottinghill' in London. Minutes from the main train station, it has the best selection of bars, delis and eateries ever ! Buses get you around the town and coast actually stop outside the house and the local '7' comes every 7 minutes, with inclusive deals to save you money. Car parking vouchers can be had with prior arrangement for £5 each per day. The mainline train is spitting distance and takes 55 minutes into London's West End, I would often hop on to see a show in the evening. ( although theres a brilliant theatre right here in town that houses many shows prior to West End. Everything is walkable too, I hasten to add !! If you plan on cooking meals and using the full kitchen , please book the entire apartment . This is room only ..
