Guests can relax in the front garden area as it is for their sole use. There is also a small secure yard accessible through the apartments patio doors (ideal if you have pets). Best suited for 2/3/4 guests (please see 'Description & photos'). Through the main front door (key box located here) is a private lockable entrance to the apartment. The garden has 5 wide steps then a slightly sloped path so bare this in mind if you have any issues with mobility. Some of my neighbour have small children/babies or are elderly so please park your vehicle at the end of the street or in 1 of the parking bays in the centre of the culdisac. Studio style apartment in a small culdisac within the village of Trelewis. The neighbours are all very friendly & in general the area is very pleasant. There is a lovely children's play area 2 minutes walk away from the apartment. Nelson Village is 1 mile away where you will find shops,a chemist,library etc. Countless attractions within a few miles of Trelewis to visit such as Rock UK climbing wall,Sulton the pit pony,Taff Bargoed lakes,Llanchiach fawr Manor House etc. Also Bike park Wales is only 5/6 miles away & there are many beautiful bike/walking trails in & around the village. Approximately 6-8 miles from Merthyr/Pontypridd/Bargoed/Cearphilly/Blackwood with very good bus routes. A Weekly bus ticket to Merthyr costs just £12.90). Cardiff/Newport & Brecon are approx 30-40 minutes away by car. *Central heating is timed to come on twice a day ie morning & early evening. *Well behaved,clean pets allowed. *For stays longer than 2 weeks there is only a cleaning service upon request. *Toys,books & various children's equipment can be requested. *Tea,coffee,sugar,salt and pepper are also provided.
