It has four bedrooms furnished with new beds and very comfortable and new Simmons Beauty Rest Euro-top plush mattresses. There are two comfy sofa beds (mattress topper and extra linens stored in MB closet) in the living room and a set of bunk beds in the family room (very tastefully converted into more living space! There is central A/C as well as ceiling fans throughout the house. There is one bedroom with attached bathroom (ensuite) plus a full hall bath and a half bath (powder room). All bathrooms have been recently renovated with new floors and fixtures! The dining area has a table with 8 chairs and the kitchen island has stools and can seat additional 3 people. The kitchen has oven and stove, microwave, and dishwasher, all stainless steel! Feel free to prepare a meal or two in this beautiful kitchen! For those guests who are in the area mainly to attend a wedding, we have three full length mirrors, three vanity tables & mirrors in addition to the three bathroom vanities for your dressing needs! Please note that you will have the entire house to yourself, I am available via text or a phone call to answer any questions you might have. Sorry, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and any evidence of smoking (cigarette butts, ashes or evidence of such products brought into the house) is taken seriously. We have a crib in one of the bedrooms that converts into a toddler bed too and guests with young ones have appreciated the convenience. Please note that the house is quite baby safe in general but has not been baby-proofed and supervision is required. Property is on well water as is the entire neighborhood. There is a new pump and tank installed as well as a water filtration system by Culligan that is serviced regularly. Everything works great.
