Spacious flat near Conham River Park, with parking

The cosy and delightful one bedroom self-contained Ground Floor apartment (with sofa bed for additional guests) is attached to the main house. The property is situated in a conservation area directly across the road to Avon Valley Woodlands Local Nature Reserve, and a 3 minute walk to Beeses Tea Gardens Restaurant/pub. (which is opened seasonally, accessed via a short boat ride). Host occupies top floor. The price is for two guests, extra guests are £25 pp per night. We welcome Couples/families wanting time away from the busyness of life. We also welcome business people on business trips. We do not accept large party groups. We also have a cat that lives in the house but is very friendly towards visitors. Please let us know if this is a problem. The cat does not go in the Airbnb property. We do not accept pets. Guests will be able to access the whole of the Ground floor of the flat which includes a bedroom, living room/lounge, kitchen area and a small staircase which leads up to the bathroom area. You are welcome to use the veranda/balcony if you wish along with the wood burner but please also let me know if you wish to use this. Interaction is Limited. I live upstairs in the main house but you can reach me on my contact details, alternatively, if you have a problem feel free to come and knock on the door and if i am home i will do my best to answer any questions or help with anything. Conservation area with many foot paths to explore and cycle. There is also a sailing club for kayaking and sailing and boat activities. Preferably by car/bike, but the bus stop is only 15 minutes walk away. There is a bus stop 15 minutes walk away at Memorial Road or Troopers Hill (No.44 & 45). Also a bus to Bath. Smoking of any substance is not permitted in the premises (cigarettes and vapes allowed outside). The city centre is 15/20 minute drive There are two Pubs in the area that are walking distance. The Bull inn is a 7 minute walk away from the house and The Swann is about 10 minutes walk. There is also a Rifle club across the road from the Ground Floor apartment. Lidl, Coop, Aldi, Dominoes, Tesco, IKEA, B&Q, tool station, screw fix, Subway, M&S and more are a 10-15 minute drive. The closes gym, bowling, cinema and Nando’s is also approx 10 minutes away (Aspect retail park) (We do not tolerate drugs on site or left on site) There may be a fee for late checkout unless this is planned.
