Office space has a day bed convertible to a king so can also act as a 5th bedroom. - BATHROOMS - 2 big very nice remodeled bathrooms and a half a bath as well in the hallway. - KITCHEN - Everything you need to cook your favorite meals! Pots/pans/utensils, etc. - DINNING ROOM - 2 places, a small table by the kitchen that sits 4 and also an atrium-like space with a HUGE table that seats 14 people! the space has views of the huge back yard and garden. [All bedrooms come with a desk and a chair] - Extra beds - If needed can also provide 2 queen floor mattresses. BACK YARD - Huge area in the back to barbecue and relax with friends! It will be very likely that you will see deer running thru the backyard. SURROUNDING AREA: The houses are on big lots so lots of trees and natural surroundings, very peaceful. PARKING: the front of the house can park up to 8 cars - we allow 5 cars, extra cars will need permission. No commercial vehicles allowed. NOTES: - The 2 car garage is available for the Dream Cruise and other special events. Please inquire. They will have access to the entire house. One of the best cities in the area! Houses are usually on huge lots so there's a lot of privacy between houses, lots of trees and natural surroundings, you will see deer/squirrels out and about. We recommend having a car or you can also use Uber/Lyft to get around. - Minimum nights is 4 nights, if your bookings is less than 4 nights don't be afraid to ask, depending on the situation we might accept - Please make a note if we accept a 2 night booking there's an extra $120 fee.
