Our little farm

Two Bedroom Granny Flat located 2 minute down the road from Rocklea markets. Lots of little shops located on the main road cafes, restaurants, Woolworths, public transport close by bus stop 250m away. Rocklea Train station 2.3km away from house. Attached two bedroom Granny Flat with private entrance! The main house is located on top of the self contained Granny Flat it's have its own full kitchen with all the essentials plus capsule coffee machine. bathroom has a shower, vanity with mirror and toilet. Two good size carpeted bedroom with large wardrobe. (new Carpet) large living/dining room, family sized lounge (it's a feather down lounge) 4 person drining table next to the kitchen and dining room is back door which leads out to the deck, there is a bbq, Outdoor Lounge, Tv, Outdoor dining table and a 6 Person Spa. The washing machine and dryer is also located in the laundry just to the left of the granny flats back door On the property we have 3 Dogs, they are very friendly and love meeting new people and there's also poultry and reptiles! The deck is surrounded by a fenced courtyard and on the other side of that courtyard is the back half of the property which houses the animals when we have guests we keep our dog's pretty contained as well so they are not in your way ! The property has a outdoor Spa/hot tub Guest are more then welcome you use it, Just let us know and we will turn it on in advanced to your arrival. The down stair's deck have a outdoor lounge, four person dining table and a Tv On the wall aswell as a stereo. You can reach us by phone text or email anytime for any queries you might have while staying at the property, we are very social and enjoy interacting with our guest and showing them around while staying at the property and introducing them to our rescue animals! however we also understand that some of our guest value their privacy and would like to have as minimal interaction as possible while on there stay. We can accommodate anyone's preference!
