Simple room near central of Lund

The room has 120cm bed, we prepare the bedding and blanket. There's a desk, 2chairs and a shelf in the room. It has windows that showing the view of neighborhood, you could open the window for fresh air, there's blind so you could close it for the night time. We have a fan in the room in case its too hot. We will share bathroom and kitchen, there's fridge & freezer you could use to keep your food. We have dishwasher, you just need to put dirty dishes there. Our place close to Stadsparken Lund, and only 15minutes walking to the famous Lund Domkyrkan Cathedral. Hemköp the supermarket is just around the corner. from Central station, you can take bus or even walk for 20minutes. located not far from city center but in the very quiet neighborhood. Our house is located in the second floor, left side. The bus stop is just outside of our neighborhood, and the car parking also nearby. Guests access would be the private room with door that you could close. We will share bathroom, living room and kitchen. we do not have dining table at the moment as we turn it into our working from home station, but you could eat in our sofa table or inside the room on the desk. Just outside the house we have park, playground, and parking for shared with our neighbours. We also share the access to our house, the stairs with our next door neighbor. and we have one another neighbor as well downstairs. We expect you not making too much noises unnecessary mostly during the night time, so we could keep the neighborhood quiet. We will be home most of the time, as we are working and studying from home mostly. We are fine if you want to ask us anything, we are very social persons, otherwise we could just give you your time in your room. We also open if you have any questions to us, directly or just write us of how we could help you! in our neighborhood, It has big open space with lots of greens. Its clean and very safe area. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Mostly retiring elderly or family live here. We are the only young couple live in the property. The neighbors are polite and would help you if you ask the direction for our house. from Central station, you can take bus number 7 to Lund Mellanvångsvägen or just walk to our adress as the bus stop is just outside of our neighborhood. Our house close to Tetrapack office, and not far from stadsparken. Use the app of skånetrafiken to book the ticket easily. Our place is smokingfree, so you could smoke outside. and due to health reason, furry animal also not allowed to be in the house. We prepare the bedding, its clean and we always change to new bedding for our new guests, all washed in 60°. There is extra pillow in the room if you need it. We provide towels and will give only if you asked, so the towels not always prepared in the room. We assume you bring your own need, but in case you need anything do not hesitate to ask us.
