Neighborhood Townhome

Townhome located in a suburban area that is close to Annapolis, Baltimore and Gibson Island. Fish, crab and relax at this waterfront community, which includes piers, beach and picnic area. Any visits will be announced and approved by the guest prior to my arrival unless in an emergency for house issues e.g., water leak. You will need a vehicle, there is no public transportation within walking distance. When using the water / boat ramp area, please remember to have one person in your group wear the blue rubber wrist band. It is located on the document organizer on the kitchen island. This is an HOA requirement of all homeowners.
