The apartment is brand new with new furniture & always very clean. Please note: the apartment is designed for maximum two adults only with the possibility for one infant. Dear Guest, My studio apartment is a fully functional and comfortable unit for visitors on a quick visit or long stay to the area. You will not be charged a cleaning fee either if you leave the apartment as you found it (a full refund will be issued after your stay) You have private access to the apartment and as you walk in, there is a fully functioning kitchen area with cutlery, cooking utensils, cooking essentials, microwave, cook-top/ oven, mini-fridge and complimentary tea/ coffee. You have a study desk. A large bedroom with a very comfortable bed and good quality linen. The room has good natural lighting with light dimming shades and a HD LED TV (with USB ports). There is a very large built-in wardrobe with hangers and drawer space. There is a laundry area with a front load washing machine, dryer, supplied washing powder and a fold-out ironing board with steam iron. In the bathroom, there is a shower/bath with decent water pressure, full size mirror and complimentary towels, hand wash, toilet paper, hair dryer, body wash and shampoo. There is a small balcony for fresh air or to smoke but doors and windows must be closed as there is strictly no smoking in the unit! The cleaning fee is refundable after check-out if all observances of the house rules are met and the apartment is left back in its clean original state. Parramatta is busy with lots of restaurants, shopping and access to the river ferry that takes you to Sydney Harbour. 109 George Street is within the CBD of Parramatta and allows walking access to all major corporate businesses and transport hubs (train, bus, ferry). It is only 5 min walk to train station, 2min walk to River Ferry and 10 min walk to the largest Westfields Shopping Centre in Australia. The apartment is well looked after and the host will ensure all is provided as listed so there will be no surprises. It is expected all guests are tidy and treat the place with care. All complimentary linen, toiletries, kitchenware and equipment are accounted for and any loss or damage caused by the guest will be followed up promptly. The cleaning fee is fully refundable after check out, if the apartment is fully cleaned and returned to its ordinal state you found it. Note: this is a private rental, not a hotel or serviced apartment. It would be appreciated that guests leave the apartment in a clean state (linen can be set to wash before leaving but the host will look after it from there). If cleaning is required, the cleaning fee will be retained.
