A little private hideaway in a very quiet village in north wales, yet very close to road and rail links and close to the beach and north wales coastal path. Basement annex with 1 bedroom (with 2 single beds), bathroom and then a studio space with kitchen, double bed and sofas. Please note this is a basement annex, the view in the picture is at the front of the house and not from the basement annex. You are welcome to enjoy the view sitting on the balcony at the front of the house. Entire self contained basement annex with parking and own front door. Brand new kitchen and carpets. Close to cycle paths. Locked additional basement available if you want to store your bikes indoors. Parking available Surrounded by beautiful countryside yet only 5 min drive to the beaches, Prestatyn resort 8 mins away in the car with lots of lovely restaurants. Country pub in the village (only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday) close to the road networks to explore beautiful north wales :) Gwespyr in a lovely quiet village in North Wales, a short drive (less than 10 mins) to the busy and popular seaside town of Prestatyn which has lots of shops, restaurants and amenities. We are very close to the very lovely Talacre beach and within easy access to explore beautiful North Wales, for example historic Conwy is about 25 mins car journey, Snowdonia about 50 mins and Anglesey about 1hr. Unfortunately no pets allowed. I do have 3 dogs who venture into the garden so it sadly wouldn't work with other dogs.
