Fresh, safe & great located studio w/balcony

Enjoy my new, fresh and fully equipped studio apartment in a beautiful, safe and popular area in west Stockholm. It's a 35 square meter cosy apartment a few floors up (w/ elevator) and a big nice balcony facing a green, nice courtyard for you to enjoy sunny mornings on. My apartment has a sofa bed for 2, dining table with comfortable chairs, TV w/Chromecast, kitchen w/ fridge+freezer. The toilet is spacious w/ a shower. Laundry needs to be booked separately. If I'm not traveling myself I'll be able to help you out if you need anything, otherwise I have relatives nearby to help out. This is a very safe and very nice part of Stockholm, just in the border between the city areas called Bromma and Sundbyberg. It's a 15 minute walk to Bromma airport and to Sundbyberg centrum where all the connections to take you around Stockholm. The whole neighborhood is relatively new. High standards and nice surroundings. In Sundbyberg, 15 minute walk, you have trains and busses to take you to the city central of Stockholm in no time. You can download the app SL to buy tickets. * Parking along the surrounding streets. You need to pay a small fee from 6am-6pm weekdays through an app. Let me know if you need details. * Supermarket within a couple hundred meters. Mini markets, sushi, pizza, Indian food etc close. Shopping mall Bromma Blocks about 15 minutes walk. * 2 persons fit the bed. It's a sofa bed and will be made out as a bed when you arrive. * You can watch TV from the bed and can easily cast your streaming services from your phone or computer if you have a Chrome Cast you can connect to the TV. The TV already has Netflix on it you can use *Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, NOT inside. Please respect that. * It's Sweden, so please don't use shoes inside, like I know some cultures sometimes do =). * Feel free to use the kitchen utilities. There's also some spices you can use if you want to cook. * There will be free space for you in the fridge and freezer. * The garage on floor -1 has a safe place for bikes in case you bring your own bikes (and locks of course).
