This studio accommodates 1 to 3 persons (double bed and 2 individual sofa beds), it has a kitchenette with utensils, fridge, and oven; toilet and shower. The flat is accessed via the main entrance as well as an independent entrance. The guest house is located on the ground floor, whereas the main living spaces of the tenants are in the above floors. Therefore, the guests' privacy is guaranteed. We always welcome our guests in person, we show the house and its amenities, and have a briefing about the neighbourhood, the city, connections to other places outside Volos, etc. The guests usually have questions and we are happy to answer and provide relevant material (guides, maps). After checking in, we do not interact further with the guests during their stay, unless they initiate it (we live on the property, so we're easily accessible). Regarding check out, we usually do this in person, unless otherwise agreed. The property is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with plenty of parking spaces available. In a less than 50m distance there is a variety of local shops (grocery stores, pharmacy, bakery) as well as a bus stop with frequent connection to the city centre, the train and bus station, and the harbor. There is very good bus connection to the city centre, in less than 10 minutes. The nearest beach is 15 minutes walk from the flat. Taxis are also available during day and night. There are plenty of parking spaces around the block at all times. We provide information about Volos and Pelion, such as maps, suggestions for restaurants and shops, popular places to visit, and anything else our guests might be interested in doing during their stay.
