Sunset Living Room Apartment

This a beautifully located apartment, at one of the sunniest villages in Madeira, with a gorgeous view over the mountains, beach and sunset. The guests of the apartment have access to a swimming pool in a house near by house (100m). This is a one bedroom apartment, perfect for a couple searching for a romantic retreat at one of the sunniest villages in Madeira. Besides from the light and fresh bedroom you can also enjoy of an ample and very bright living room with view over the sunset from the couch, a fully equipped and open kitchen with laundry and drying machine, one bathroom with shower and a furbished balcony with a gorgeous view to the beach and surrounding cliffs, full of the typical Madeira banana trees. For your entertainment we also have a selection of movies and books that you can use freely, as well as a Skywatcher telescope, for you to enjoy the starry nights. If you are planning on renting a car, there is plenty of space available right next to the building, for you to park for free. Access to the garage and the looked bedroom is not permitted. The apartment is located at Madalena do Mar, one of the sunniest villages of Madeira, right in front of a big beautiful natural beach, with easy access to the sea and a great view to the mountains and fields of banana trees. There is a big promenade just 1 walking minute away from the apartment, which follows the natural pebble beach all through the village, where you can find good fish restaurants and bars. If you follow the promenade in the direction of Ponta do Sol, you will find a popular beach bar called Zion, where you can relax by the ocean while listening to live music. If you wish to walk to Ponta do Sol, where you can find another beach and lots of night activity, it's a 45 minute walk, or 10 minutes by car. If you are looking for surfing spots, you can find plenty right near Madalena do Mar, at a neighbor village called Jardim do Mar. Near the apartment you can also find a health center, an ATM and a tourist information point. There is a bus stop right in front of the building with a timetable available. The bedroom has 2 singles bed which can be joined and transformed into a double bed. Please let me know, in case you're bringing children, how old are they.
