Welcome to our private bedroom and bath suite, which is attached to to the back of our house and accessed independently from its own outside entrance. The suite is on the ground floor. We've designed the unit for a modern, calm, inviting feel. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, fridge, small appliances, plates, cups, and cutlery. The room has its own air conditioning/heating unit and a ceiling fan. Fast Wifi, with wall cable provided. Free TV (service provider: Partner) and Netflix. Fresh towels, wash clothes, and shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided. A cleaning service comes 1x/week (typically Mondays): linens are refreshed, floors and surfaces washed. On cleaning days, we ask that you vacate the room for 1/2 an hour at 10am; it's fine to sit outside on the patio until the cleaners are done. Plenty of free street parking (1 min walk). Local shops are a 3-minute walk (mini markets, green grocer, laundromat/ dry cleaner, hair/nail salons. The beautiful Kfar Saba city park is 5 mins away by car. A large mall (G-Mall) is 5 mins away by car or bus -- you''ll find there clothing stores, restaurants, bowling, a hair salon, nut store, a great hummus place and a pub. The Kfar Saba industrial area is also 5 mins away by car, with multiple cafes and excellent bakeries. The SporTec, with basketball courts and ping pong tables, is within walking distance. Frequent buses run to Kfar Saba center (2, 29) and the train station (2), and to Tel Aviv (149, 567) , Raanana (29), and Herzliya (29). For guests arriving on Fridays or late at night, we can, upon request, provide basic fixings for a cold breakfast (bread, cheese, veggies). We are LGBTQ-friendly and everybody-friendly - we welcome guests of every faith, color and belief system as long as you are law-abiding, clean, observe house rules and have a sense of humor (;-). A perfect spot for breakfasting outside or relaxing with a good book. There's even a handy clothesline. We love interacting with our guests and are happy to talk to you about life in Israel and give tips for how to make the most of your time here. Best face-to-face time is at 8am or in the evening or, of course, on the weekend.
