Townhouse close to shopping hospitals &restaurants

Great 2 Story townhouse in gated community near grocery store, mall, shopping and restaurants. If you need a pack and play please reserve one so I can make sure one is available for your dates. Tucked in the back of a gated community in a family oriented neighborhood. We have security: they don’t let anyone in, they keep our neighborhood safe and keep people out that don’t belong. All 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs. There is a half bath (sink and toilet) downstairs. Entire home, including carport & access to community swimming pool which is opened Memorial weekend thru Labor Day only. Pool is cleaned on Monday's and may or may not be closed for cleaning on Monday. Host is responsible for days HOA chooses to close pool as we can not control unforeseen events. Available as needed by phone or AIRBNB app. Restaurants Hospitals Kaiser Gym Mall Grocery store Costco Gas stations In n Out, Trader Joe’s so much in the area. We have O’Brien’s market across the street with Starbucks inside. Cars,bikes, taxi, Uber - anything works. Pool is open in summer time starting Memorial weekend - Labor Day only. All guest must have current tags on their cars due to association rules. Guests must use assigned parking and additional cars may use guests parking. Each guests is issued a door code for their stay which is active at check in time day of arrival and expires day of check out at at 11am. The home is cleaned between 11am-3pm on turn over day. No drugs legal or non allowed on the premises.
