As you can see in the pictures, the sofa has a lounge section and also 2 regular seat sofa. When the sofa is extended, it turns into a queen size bed. This is not like any other sofa bed that uses metal frame to support. When it's turned into a queen size bed, it is just like a regular firm mattress bed. Plenty of shopping and eateries such as Safeway, Fred Meyer, Costco, Walmart, Red Robin, Starbucks, McDonalds, etc. Walking distance to bus stop, gas station, local coffee shop, Subway, kid-friendly parks. 30-minute drive to Kent Station, Southcenter Mall, SeaTac airport
