Large and comfortable apartment, with terrace, located in the medieval core of an e-village, nestled in the typical Mediterranean land, 20 minutes driving away from the coast. All the facilities are on hand: common swimming pool, public and private parking, laundry with washing machines and dryers, Snack Bar. A mini-market is open in summer. Please, be aware that from June 15 to Sept. 1, check-in/out are only on Saturdays with a minimum stays of one week (7 nights)...thx! It has two single beds and another single folding bed can be added easily. - master bedroom equipped with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. - wide kitchen, well equipped, with a large fridge and a table for six. A small sofa and the fireplace make the room comfortable like a living room. - bathroom with shower. - wide and sunny terrace on the roof, that you may easily access by a staircase. It is equipped with a barbeque. Wide panoramic view, facing the most spectacular rocky peaks of the valley. - The entrance of the apartment is overlooking the alleys. Quiet and peaceful location, in the ancient core of the village, even being close to the pool. It allows an easy access to all the amenities of the village. The apartment is well-lighted, with wide spaces and functional, and very well finished. The kitchen is the core of the house, wide and well equipped. The fireplace makes the apartment cozy and very pleasant even in winter months. The apartment is entirley at disposal of guests. Check-in/out service: Usually, the check-in is expected between 15:30 and 19:00 and check-out is by 10:00. If it doesn't suit your travel arrangement we can agree on different timings if you let us know in advance. The welcoming service is performed by ourselves or, alternatively, by our coworkers who will be waiting for you in the village and take you to the apartment. They will be your reference for any problem throughout your stay. Supplies: We provide sheets, bath towels, soaps, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, and some household cleaners that allow you to keep the apartment cleaned during the stay. You should just bring your own pool towels. There is a common laundry room in the village which is equipped with washing machines and dryers that everybody can use for a fee. You need special coins to be required at the office of the village. All the apartments have a kitchen or kitchenette equipped with all the needed cutlery, pots and dishes. You just have to bring your own food. Some times guests leave sugar, oil, vinegar, coffee. You may choose to use it or buying your own. All the apartments are equipped with wireless internet connection. The village, dated back to the medieval age, is nestled in the lush greenery and wild environment that is typical of the deep valleys running through Ligurian inland. A careful restoration has brought the village to a new life, keeping unchanged the common spaces, as well as all the surfaces and facades. All this gives the village the charm of the past. The valley closeby the village is one of the most well-known sites in Europe for climbers. Several crags are just a few steps from the village, down the paths and the old mule tracks that start from the village A bus service connects the village with the cities of the coast, primarily with Albenga, three times a day, in the morning and early afternoon. Without a doubt, it is quite advisable to have a car. The village is equipped with a large public parking close to the main entrance of the village, as well as a private parking area. Here is some information about the shopping. The first place is down the main road, about 7 km from the village. It is a grocery store but not only. You find everything you usually need daily. Otherwise, if you look for something more detailed or if you would like to have different chances of choosing, you had better go a little bit further on, to the village of "Cisano sul Neva", where are located two grocery stores (also having different stuff), a butcher, a confectioner's shop and two Snack Bars one of which selling also cigarettes and newspaper. There is also a Bank with a cash dispenser on the outside. It is worth also having a walk in the tiny historical center, typically Ligurian, lying the rocky riverside. Alternatively, you can do shopping in the supermarket named "Ipercoop", about 14 km distant from the village, not too far from the motorway toll. It is a totally pedestrian village. The common swimming pool is open between May 15 and September 14. It is a stretch of water nestled between the olive trees, overlooking the valley. A lifeguard is on duty over the daytime and the pool is open all day long, until 6 pm. It is not accessible at night, until 8:00 in the morning. As regards groceries, the first place is just at the foot of the village, no more than a few minutes walking. It is a grocery store but not only. You find everything you usually need daily.
