Perfect home for groups and families. Located just 10 minutes from Evian and 25 minutes from Montreux, the location of this lakeside home is perfect. There is also fantastic skiing just 20 minutes away as well as big ski resorts within an hour. Private beach, water front, private jetty. Entire villa and private waterfront space for private guest use. I am always available for help. Nestled on the shores of Lake Geneva with private beach yet the beautiful towns of Evian and Montreux are very close by with incredible shops and restaurants. Behind you are quickly into the mountains of Haute Savoie for beautiful hiking or skiing in winter. Many ski resorts are less than 1 hr away and the closest is just 20 minutes. 5 minute drive from the train station and there is a bus stop just down the road. 2 minutes from the ferry at St Gingolph which goes to Montreux, Lausanne and Evian. - This wonderful waterside property is ideal for familles but please note that it has direct access to the lake so extreme care must be taken with children. - Strictly no smoking - No shoes inside the house please. -Strictly no fake tan. We have had many problems with high quality linen and bedding being destroyed by fake tan. - Pets are allowed but not upstairs or on any of the bedrooms or on any of the furniture. - There is a fireplace in the sitting room but firewood is not included. Firewood is readily available from the local supermarket.
