A family friendly home with plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy! Lovely Sparkling pool in summer. Conveniently located just under an hour by train or car to NYC. The immediate area boasts a large array of upscale, gourmet and family dining establishments. Shopping malls, and Americana Designer brands are close by. Super children's playroom, with toys and games to keep the little ones happy, if they join you. Playgrounds, beaches, and endless fun for the whole family! A wonderful upscale, spacious home, with sparkling swimming pool in summer months. Beautiful expansive patio with built in bbq, surrounded Many family friendly features such as a full size crib, high chair and plenty of toys and books for all the children. For the adults, a chefs gourmet kitchen and gathering room. Perfect for wine tasting, indoor or outdoor gourmet dining. Enjoying all that life has to offer! We just love it here, and know you will too....... The entire home is available for guests to use, minus the basement, garage and some closets...Each bedroom has extra clothing racks with stacks of hangers....The master bedroom/bath has huge dresser drawers, and clothing racks for your convenience. Once you are checked in , and all questions have been answered, I like to consider my home, your home, and your privacy is respected. I am always available via phone or in person if required for any reason, if guests need assistance. We do ask, that for an extended reservation over the summer months, to have access to the pool on occasion. We would never do so without first making sure we would not be interrupting our guests private time. And usually, it would be when our guests are out. Thank You! A quiet cul de sac. With a wooded back yard. Please be mindful not to disturb neighbors or park anywhere other than driveway or directly in front of our home. Relax, you are home...... Car is required. Long Island Rail Road to NYC is a 5 minute drive. The pool is a lovely, sparkling 20x40 gunite built-in swimming pool, and is adjacent to the woods. Very relaxing! We do not heat it for ourselves and do not usually offer heating for guests either. If this is important to you, please ask the host well in advance of your stay, to discuss the possibility and cost. We will provide an estimate at your request. if we agree to have it turned on during the stay.. We have had many families with babies swim in the pool unheated, and have never had a complaint. It is comfortable and refreshing, in our opinion. Enjoy your time in it!
