Located on hill Koumaros,adjoining the neo-classic town of Githio,this cosy house of 40m is perched on a hill side giving an amazing view of the Laconic Gulf as a whole...offers both comfort and privacy and tastefully furnished and decorated,the home has all modern conviniences.The outside garden and patio gives visitors many options to enjoy the spectacular view.... Just out of the house there is a garden full of flowers and a big patio with a rock-garden with cactus,with a panoramic sea view,that can be used for outdoor dining.The living room has a big window with amazing view ....there is a bedroom with a double bed,a bathroom with shower,a kitchenette full equipped ,a living room with 2 sofa-beds and dining area,garden,patio and big yard with rock-garden with cactus.....all with panoramic view to the Gulf.. Our visitors can be use the barbecue......we offer the charcoals.... We are available to help our visitors and to give any information for everything ...they need... That ,makes that smart house unique, is the panoramic sea view...and the short distance from the beautiful beach of Mavrovouni (5 min by car) and many other beaches.The visitors can visit easily the historic town of Sparta and the Byzantine town of Mystras (40 klm),the famous Caves of Diros (half of an hour),Monemvasia(45min) and the traditional villages of Mani. A car is recomended,the house is located in a residential area 10 min on foot to the nearest shops(bakery and super-market) and 20min from the center of the town. We offer to our visitors virgin oil from Mani,hand made seasonable jam and fresh oranges from my farm,for their breakfast.There are also beach towels...
