Wood fired heating, with your own plentiful supply of wood Small bathroom, shower only, with a heat tastic for the chilly mornings. You have wonderful outdoor garden to enjoy. I am in the house 50 metres so I’m on hand for anything you might need. I will be on the property to do check in Heathcote has some great dining experiences. Heathcote Inn is just a short stroll away. 15 minute walk to Fodder to grab some take away coffee and cake or an excellent lunch. Heathcote is home to some of the best cellar door experiences in Victoria. Heathcote Winery is right in town and have their cellar door open ready for you to visit. Heathcote wine Hub is open Friday/Saturday/Sunday and is a wonderful place to visit and enjoy their beautiful courtyard. The IGA is well stocked with delicious cheeses, fresh food and all you could want. Vinea Marson, Heathcote II, Sanguine, The Shiraz Republic, McIvor Estate [just to name a few] are a short drive away. The golf course is a short stroll away. Tennis courts are 1 km from Fallow. The Redsdale, Toolleen and Axedale pub are all about 20 minutes away and enjoy an well deserved excellent reputation. The town boasts three well run op shops. The Range Viewing Rock a short drive for some spectacular sunsets Easy parking right outside the cottage. Then walk or ride around the area discovering as you go. Your own plentiful supply of ethically fire wood.
