My place is cossy, quite place. The neighborhoods around arent noisy. My property is about 30 meters far the beach also you can easily go there by foot. It has a nice garden and also have a parking near the garden. My place have 4 little houses that are around 40 meters square. A little house has 4 beds, a private bathroom and a kitchen, balcony, free parking, every room have a TV, WIFI is free. It is nice place, because ot is 20 meters far the beach and also is near a small montain. my place has 4 little houses 40 meter square in size, it has free parking. Every little house has private kitchen and private bathroom. It has 4 beds, 1 TV a table with four chair, a balcony. They should arrive in Shengjin city, then they have just to text me or call me and i will orientate them. it is a quite place, the neighbour aren't noisy, expecially in winter. i will guide them or my father . My family and I live in this property and for any needs or problems that the guests will have we are ready to help them. NOTE: The property doesn't have lift.
