Golf course home close to Brisbane and Gold Coast

Luxury family home in peaceful golf front location overlooking the 16th green and lake. Spacious outdoor entertaining areas and garden courtyard adjoining heated pool. It's a family house, shared by my family, Airbnb guests and also two small boys (5 and 3 years old). Becouse we try to provide privacy and comfort for all residents as much is possible, we unfortunately will not allow additional guests or family members if they're not officially booked to stay. Our home is full of artwork even on some of the walls and fences. We have a very peaceful environment backing onto the golf course and you will often see kangaroos or wallabies feeding on the grass only metres away. Birds fly in each day to be fed and some will allow hand feeding. We have fantastic spaces inside and out with a lovely outdoor dining area overlooking the golf course and adjacent this is an outdoor relaxation area perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon beer or glass of wine. There is also a private courtyard area with further sitting areas or relax on the garden swing. On the same level as the bedroom is a convenient reading room/kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities along with fridge, microwave, steamer, toaster etc. Janina is available for painting lessons by prior arrangement and can arrange trips if required. Golf can be arranged at Brookwater, Queenslands No1 Championship Golf Course. Conveniently located between Brisbane (30 minutes) and the Gold Coast (45 minutes) and only 20 minutes to the famous Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. Its additional fees- 25 aud/ person if it more than 1 guest.
