The Studio Suite

Whether you’re in town to work rest play or just explore the city, our Studio Suite rooms make the perfect home base. Queen bedded, generously appointed space bathed in natural light. It’s more than enough space to settle in, and comes complete with the standard and signature amenities you can expect of Value Suites. With a dining table and dining implements to cook a meal, we have the facilities for you to self cater your stay. Entry via the driveway on Billington Place, Emu Plains. Our Reception Desk is staffed from 7am - 11pm (Mon - Fri), 8am - 10pm (Sat), 8am - 9pm (Sun & Public Holidays). We are available during these times to assist with any enquiries. Situated just across the Nepean River from Penrith CBD, ValueSuites Penrith is located just a 5 minute walk from Emu Plains Train Station. The perfect stop to venture West to the Blue Mountains or 1 hour East to the city of Sydney.
