Kitchen installed July 2017 Set up with all crockery cutlery and utensils you may need Queen bed and single bed Also available in the lounge one of the sofa’s turns into a double bed Great central location half way between the city and the beach and also close to public transport 1 pet dog allowed by negotiation Close to the airport only a $7-10 Uber ride Close to a variety of restaurants and food places No Parties allowed Cleaning fees apply if not left tidy There is some landscaping and paving happening at the front of the house. Usually not when their are guests The entire house is yours There is 1 bedroom locked in which I store my items I am only a message away if you need anything and I am lucky that my neighbours have been around for many years and always ready to lend me a hand if I get stuck with repairs etc. Close to shops in all directions Nothing you can’t get within a 10 minute radius Park in the driveway close to the house 3 car park spaces available Only 1 block from the bus stop which goes to either the beach or the opposite way into the city Only 1/2 a block from playground and linear park for biking running or walking The oven can be a challenge if you don’t realise that the buttons push out to be able to turn them My plan is to have a little booklet of information so don’t hesitate to let me know any hints to be included
