B & B the Green Room in Rotterdam

B&B the Green Room in Rotterdam is a cozy 2 room apartment with balcony on the 'bel-etage' of a typical dutch city home from 1907 in the district Kralingen, close to the city centre. The beautiful park 'het Kralingse Bos' is just steps away. on the day of your arrival everything for a simple breakfast is ready for you in the apartment, in the mini-fridge you'll find something to drink as well. you can find a nice selection of books, dvd's, cd's and magazines in our place; there is a lot of information about rotterdam to be found in books, maps and magazines as well. you can use balcony and garden, situated on the north side of the house, so not much sunshine unfortunately. the garden is not suited for (small) children, as you have to go down steep stairs to reach it. we are living in the apartments above the b&b; you can always reach us on our mobile phones when needed. the apartment is situated in Kralingen, a residential area close to city centre. the beautiful park, het Kralingse Bos, is just around the corner of our house. it has a lake and beach, playgrounds for the kids and you can climb trees in the fun forest, sail on the lake or walk or jog around it. just a short walk from our apartment is the stop of tram no. 7 in the Vlietlaan. it is a 10 mins ride to Central Station, take the tram direction Willemsplein. from Central Station to our place you take tramline 7 direction Woudestein. if you want to use public transport during your stay perhaps the Rotterdam Welcome Card is something to consider, you can buy this card at the Tourist Information at Central Station and it offers you 2 of 3 days use of all public transportation and a discount on museums and attractions. in our part of the city we have paid parking during weekdays. we can provide you with a permit at a reduced rate. you can park your car in the street. a cat and a dog are living in the apartments above the b&b
