Right on a beautiful long stretch of white sand, Villa Sea View is a delightful detached beachfront villa which is located in a small complex of private villas, in Palmar on the beautiful Eastern coast of Mauritius. The 220m2 villa can accommodate up to 6 persons (max). If you are more than 6 persons, a second villa (located in the same complex) could be rented. The villa and garden overlook the turquoise waters of the beautiful coastline where the lagoon is superb for swimming and snorkeling. Villa Sea View is nicely decorated and fitted to a high standard of comfort throughout, and faces the stunning emerald lagoon which is full of corals and brightly coloured tropical fish. The four bedrooms all have lagoon views and the one from the master bedroom is stunning! Sun loungers and outdoor table and chairs are available for guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The complex is a private gated community of 10 villas. Guests can enjoy the whole villa and its private garden. As the villas are set above sea level, a private gate leads directly to the beach and beautiful sea. I will be personally there to welcome you in the villa and give you the keys to the villa. I will also be happy to assist your needs and share good tips with you. If you want, I can help you organize your stay (airport transfers/ car rental/ sightseeing trip in the islands/ etc..). The Villa is right on the long sandy beach of Belle Mare/Palmar which stretches for miles, and one can take long walks any time of the day to make the most of this unspoilt coastline of Mauritius. Villa Sea View is located next to the wide sandy public beach of Palmar, 5-star hotels, golf courses, and of course the world famous resort of Ile aux Cerfs. There is a local convenience store in the nearby village and a selection of restaurants in the nearby fishing village of Trou d'Eau Douce. Arrangements can be made for food to be delivered from a well-known restaurant. There are well stocked supermarkets and a market in the village of Flacq which is within a fifteen minute drive from Palmar. The villa is around 50-60 minutes from the airport. We can organize airport transfers with extra charge. Car hire is recommended or alternatively one may use a local taxi service for shopping trips and excursions. Depending on your choice, the contact details of a reliable car rental company and/or a reliable tax driver will be provided. Although bus services are cheap and available, please bear in mind that the frequency and comfort could sometimes be not convenient. The villa is a self catering villa. A Nespresso machine is available. You may wish to either bring your own capsules or buy them at the Nespresso shop (the closest one is located in the commercial center of Flacq). The service of a maid (2 times per week) is included in the price. If you need her to stay behind, she can work extra hours, upon request ( with extra charge). Additional services ( with extra charge) could be requested : transport from/to airport, caterer... According to the catch of the day, you could even ask the fishermen nearby to share with you their basket full of seafood and/or fish.
