Benvenuto a Brera! The 41 apartments are designed in a contemporary style. You will find a unique casual atmosphere combined with Italian lifestyle that will make your stay a memorable one. The apartments are equipped with sufficient storage space, cutlery and crockery. The on-property laundry area offers you a washing machine, a dryer and ironing equipment free of charge. We want you to feel comfortable just like staying with friends. The fully equipped studio apartment is perfect for a carefree stay in Frankfurt for 2 guests. The kitchen has a stove and a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine as well as a toaster. Pots, pans, crockery and cutlery complete the kitchen equipment. The studio offers you sufficient space to work, dine and relax. Your large closet will help enjoying your privacy. The HD TV 32 inches and free Wi-Fi will turn your busy days into a relaxing evening. Your bedroom area is divided by a room divider. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. Soft towels, a hair dryer and toiletries (for the first few days) are ready for your arrival and will be provided by housekeeping every week. Washing machines, dryer and irioning equipment are available on property free of charge. If you don´t have time to do laundry by yourself your host will explain you our laundry service. To make your first evening comfortable we will surprise you with an Italian welcome package. Your host regularly organizes "Brerativos", for you to meet your neighbours and host. We want you to feel like staying with friends. We’d like to see your passport and the credit card you booked your reservation. Meet your host during office hours (Mo - Fr 8am to 6pm) personally for your check-in. In case you will arrive outside the office hours we kindly ask you to download the JustIN Mobile app in your app store (Android or IOS) in order to enter the building and your apartment. Once you downloaded the app a confirmation code to activate the app will be sent to you. You will now be able to open the main entrance with your app as well as your apartment (your apartment number will be communicated in advance). Our host and housemanager are available (during office hour - Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm) to support you in Frankfurt, share local insider tips or any other help. You will be availalbe to enter your apartment through a digital key card system any time. Brera Frankfurt is located just off the lively Kaiserstrasse. The finance district as well as the city center are only five walking minutes away. The fairground can easily be reached by public transportation or taxi. The main station is only a few walking minutes away to reach not only the airport but all major hubs around the city. To make use of your fully equipped kitchenette grocery facilities and even a beautiful farmers market is around the corner. This is where you will also find drugstores, pharmacies and many different restaurants. After a short walking distance you reach the central station. Along the "Kaiserstraße" with its numerous restaurants and bistros, you will get to the main station hall where the long distances trains, the S-Bahn and Subway operate. Frankfurt/Main imposed a tourist tax in January 2018. The tax is 2,00 € per person and night. The taxes are only for private arranged trips.
