La Petite Maison was formerly the stable for our Quercy Farmhouse at Molles which  has been carefully renovated and furnished to provide a charming and comfortable house with a lovely shaded veranda. There is also private garden space that leads to a large swimming pool. In winter electric radiators are available and there is an incredibly efficient wood-burning stove for the cooler evenings. Logs are provided free of charge should our guests wish to stay snug and warm in the evenings. La Petite Maison at Molles is set in wonderful tranquil surroundings just 3 kms from the medieval village of Montpezat de Quercy - a village that has all amenities and 3 fine restaurants located on the borders of Tarn & Garonne and the Lot. It is ideally suited to those who want to discover the region or just to relax quietly in the countryside or by the pool. Swimming Pool, Table Tennis, Countryside Walks and, if you wish, the opportunity for you and/or your children to help us feed the animals (donkeys, goats, peacocks and various poultry) and collect the eggs. We live on site and are always around to give advice/help as needed otherwise we tend to leave our guests to just enjoy the house and its surroundings. The people in this hidden region of South-West France are incredibly welcoming with an enormous sense of community and find just about any reason to have a 'Fete' or a meal on long trestle tables in the village square followed by dancing to the music of local bands. This is an area for duck, foie gras, truffles and the excellent fruity local wines (Coteaux de Quercy) Car essential Minimum 2 nights, though rental by the week only (Saturday to Saturday) in July and August.
