Please read full description before you proceed with booking. 100 m2 renovated apartment at the second floor (there is a staircase of about 30 steps). It is at 10 min. walking distance from the center of Volos and the marina which is full of cafes and restaurants (tsipouradika). The ring road that gives direct access to Mount Pelion as well as the beautiful beaches surrounding it, is only 5 minutes away! The parking is free and easy at the nearby streets. Our strongest point is how shiny clean we are! Now with covid-19 , we take extra care for the health and safety of our visitors. The apartment remains empty before and after every visit for ventilation and disinfection purposes. All towels and bed linens are washed in very high temperatures. All rooms are available depending on the host . Ιf booking is only for 2 people wishing to use 2 separate bedrooms, there is an extra charge .The same applies if 3 people want to use 3 rooms. The apartment can accommodate up to four (Website hidden by Airbnb) an exeption, there may be a fifth person if it is a family with three children. In this case there will be an extra charge that will be deciided upon direct comunication.The house contains a playpen suitable for a baby / child up to three years old. We will personally welcome you to the appartment and we will be available at all times to offer assistance (travel guidance and general information). At a short distance (50 meters) there is a supermarket, a bakery, a patisserie, a pharmacy and all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Walikng, car, bus. Quiet hours are bfrom 15.00-17.00 and 00.00-8.00 Smoking is not allowed inside the appartment however you may smoke in the balcony. - Guests are not allowed to light candles or use the fireplace.
