Private loft conversion with ensuite and seaviews

Our family home (with 3 year old, 5 month old baby and cat), is a 4 minute walk to the beach, Chalkwell station (a 50 minute train journey into London's Fenchurch Street) and a 3 minute walk to the lovely Leigh Road High Street. Southend is only a 10 minute train ride away to theme park Adventure Island and commercial shopping. The room itself is a self-contained loft conversion, at the top of our three storey home with a double bed, seaviews and an ensuite private shower and toilet. The loft conversion is private and comes with a double bed and its own private ensuite shower and toilet. It is at the top of the house so self-contained and quiet with beautiful seaviews. We can provide a travel cot if you are bringing a little one. You will have access to your private loft conversion, private shower ensuite, the kitchen, the utility room, downstairs toilet, dayroom, conservatory, decking and south-facing garden. I will be available for you throughout your stay Leigh On Sea is a beautiful town with many independent shops its two High Streets (Leigh Road and Broadway). We are a 3 minute walk to Chalkwell beach and Chalkwell Station (with its easy access to London's Fenchurch Street - a 50 minute train journey). We are also a 10 minute train journey to Southend On Sea with its commercial shopping and truly British seaside amentities including the extremely fun (and value for money) Adventure Island! We are also approximately a 20 minute walk from the beautiful old High Street in Old Leigh, which dates back to the Elizabethan era with its many pubs and restaurants directly on the seafront. Chalkwell train station is a 3 minute walk from our house with easy access to London (50 minutes on the train into Fenchurch Street), one stop away from Leigh On Sea station (with access to Old Leigh) or 10 minutes (in the opposite direction) to Southend On Sea and Adventure Island. Local busses are also available in both directions. We have a 3 year old and a 5 month old baby but both are well behaved, not excessively noisy and friendly! We also have a very friendly cat called Poirot.
